About
Nicholas Lupu
CLASSICAL CROSSOVER SHOWMAN
Nicholas Lupu is a classically trained crossover vocalist and showman whose performances rarely stay where you expect them to.
His performances can move from Rossini and Puccini to Sinatra, Robbie Williams and Queen bringing together the vocal power of classical crossover with the freedom, humor and energy of a theatre entertainer.
With a background in opera and musical theatre, Nicholas brings more than vocals to the stage. Patter, storytelling, movement and audience connection are part of the performance, allowing him to shift naturally between the grandeur of Nessun Dorma, the swagger of Sinatra and the energy of Let Me Entertain You.
He has performed internationally across theatre, concerts and live entertainment, including as a Guest Entertainer onboard Saga Cruises.
Nicholas is a member of Spotlight UK and British Equity.
Industry Reference
“Nicholas was excellent performing as a Guest Entertainer onboard Saga Cruises. The musicians and team found him easy to work with. Not only a fantastic vocalist, he also brings strong energy and patter throughout his performances.”
